How To Use

  • Add jojoba oil, and safflower oil into the dark-colored dropper bottle using a funnel.
  • Now add lavender essential oil carefully to the serum bottle.
  • Shake gently to combine all the ingredients.
  • Take 4-5 drops of serum on your cleansed palm and apply the oil to the skin.
  • Massage gently for 1-2 minutes.
  • You can apply the serum on your cleansed face twice a day, i.e.in the morning and the night before bed.

2. Emulsified Jojoba Beads Cleansing Balm & Scrub

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Mango Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Shea Butter
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Argan oil
  • 1⁄2 Tablespoon Kaolin Clay
  • 1 Tablespoon Jojoba Beads
  • 1.5 Tablespoon Emulsifying Wax NF

How To Use

  • Add the mango butter, shea butter, emulsifying wax nf, and argan oil into a heat-resistant mixing bowl. Using a double-boiler system melt all the ingredients. Be careful that no water spills into the oil.
  • Once melted, remove the bowl from the water bath and add the clay. If using essential oils, add them now.
  • Whip with a handheld blender fitted with the whisk attachment until soft and fluffy and doubled in volume. If the mixture doesn’t become creamy after a few minutes, put the bowl in the freezer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Stir the jojoba beads into the DIY cleansing balm or scrub. Transfer the mixture into airtight glass jars or storage containers.
  • Take a small amount of DIY cleansing balm out of the jar with a cosmetic spatula, and apply it all over your wet face. Using your fingertips, gently massage the face scrub into the skin in small, circular motions. Use more water to make the scrub or balm more slippery.

  • In a glass bowl, combine the grapeseed oil, and shea butter and place the glass bowl on top of a saucepan. Stir occasionally until everything is melted and combined.
  • Now, let this mixture cool until it’s room temperature. It should look creamy, thick, and opaque, but don’t let it get solid.
  • Add jojoba oil and essential oil and whip the mixture using your blender for a couple of minutes until you get a creamy texture.
  • Apply a pea-sized amount of face moisturizer to your cleansed face daily.

4. Hydrating Aloe-Jojoba Face Gel

Ingredients

  • 1 cup aloe vera gel
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons jojoba oil
  • 5 to 8 drops of frankincense essential oil
